The Department shall necessitate a cannabis testing facility to obtain an International Organization for Standardization accreditation. Any cannabis testing laboratory shall be required to possess an ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation to legally carry out marijuana testing operations within its facility.

Nebraska Required Tests for Cannabis Products

As marijuana is currently illegal in Nebraska, there are no required tests for cannabis in the state. However, LB 588 proposed the following must be accurately observed when marijuana products are tested in licensed cannabis testing laboratories:
